The description and location of the project is as follows: For the improvement of a certain section of STATE HIGHWAY in CLEARFIELD COUNTY, PINE TOWNSHIP, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, STATE ROUTE 0153, SECTION 277.This project being situated on State Route 0153 from Segment 0410 Offset 0000 Northbound and Segment 0411 Offset 0000 Southbound to Segment 0490 Offset 0128 Northbound and Segment 0471 Offset 2877 Southbound.For the improvement of approximately 19,112 feet (3.62 miles) of existing roadway involving milling of asphalt pavement, Superpave Asphalt Mixture Designs for base, binder and wearing courses, guide rail upgrades, pavement markings, and miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package
