Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC), Southcentral Region, requires the services of an Operator to hand-cut interfering, non-native woody vegetation on a maximum of 109 acres of State Game Lands (SGL) in Bedford County. Total acres treated will be dependent on available funds. Services shall include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, superintendence, miscellaneous items, and performing all work necessary to complete the project to the satisfaction of and subject to the approval of the Commission. All Purchase Orders require the contractor to provide the equipment, fuel, labor, insurance, and all miscellaneous expenses to complete the operation
