The Department does not guarantee the successful bidder the use of roads maintained by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PENNDOT), townships, or other agencies or owners. Buyer must contact the PENNDOT posted highway coordinator and officials of other said roads for possible weight or other restrictions that would prevent use Culverts will be installed as specified with 10 tons of 2RC stone per culvert. All existing culverts will be removed and disposed of by the contractor.
