Provide staffing to conduct library services from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Services will include scheduling daily educational and cultural programs that serve an average of 25 youth daily. Offer daily educational support programing that will include homework assistance and reading/math support, including partnering with agencies such as Hooked-on Books for Kids to develop and implement book giveaway programs. Offer daily cultural and art classes that will include, but not be limited to, art, poetry, music, yoga, writing skills, word games, storytelling, drama, and dance. Provide staffing and a play/educational area for free play activities for 6-8 years old youths. The play area will consist of toys and supplies that are appropriate for this age group.
