The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all equipment, labor, and materials necessary for the application of thermoplastic pavement markings on various locations throughout Kennett Township, as designated by the Township’s Director of Public Works. All work shall be performed as per PennDOT regulations (see Section C.1 of this Specification). The work, materials, and services not expressly called for in the Specifications, which may be necessary to carry out the Contract in good faith, shall be performed, furnished, and placed by the Contractor at no additional cost to the Township. The work shall be completed in the best and most workmanlike manner by qualified, skillful, and experienced personnel.
