The Palmer Township Board of Supervisors is accepting bids until 11:00AM on Wednesday, August 27th, 2025 for the 2025 Road Paving Project Bids must be submitted and be updated online through PennBID at: https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ Specifications and Bidding Documents are available online at: https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ A certified check or bid bond for 10 percent of the total bid amount shall be required. Upon award, a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the successful bid will be required. Palmer Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and/all proposals or portions thereof. This contract is subject to the following: the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions; the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Conditions; the Non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions; requirement of a Non-collusion affidavit; and the Public Works Employment Verification Act.
