Type of Drop – Gravity The quantity of fuel oil to be purchased by the North Pocono School District shall be approximately as stated in the following summary. There is only one tank at each site and they are below ground. North Pocono High School 97 Bochicchio Boulevard 45,000 20,000 Covington Twp, PA 18444; North Pocono Middle School 701 Church Street 49,000 20,000 Moscow, PA 18444; North Pocono Intermediate School 701 Church Street 27,000 15,000 Moscow, PA 18444 Approximate Total Gallons 151,000 Fuel Oil shall meet or exceed Federal Specifications VV-V-815C (7/10/71) or latest amendments thereto. Recycled Oil is Not Acceptable. Billing for all contracted service will be monthly in arrears. The contractor is required to abide by all Federal, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and local governing agencies laws and policies and any required certifications. The bidder agrees to maintain the price for all quantities purchased during the term of the contract. The North Pocono School District shall reserve the right to negotiate purchase of Fuel Oil on a load to load basis from any supplier at any time during the contract term, if it has been determined that the vendor’s unit price is not in the best interest of the District. Successful bidder shall be held solely responsible for any spillage or damage caused by delivery vehicle/personnel.
