1) The Keystone Central School District proposes to enter into an agreement with a contractor to provide services to replace concrete sidewalks and retaining walls near the northwest auditorium entrances. 2) The purpose of this proposal is to provide professional service to demo the existing sidewalks and retaining walls, then replace with new. 3) Contractor is to provide all necessary labor, material and disposal. 4) Contractor is required to dispose of all waste in accordance with all laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of PA. 5) Retaining walls to be 16” wide, steel reinforced, finished poured concrete. 6) Sidewalks to be minimum 6” thick 4000psi wire reinforced concrete. 7) Contractor shall carry insurance applying to all operations by them, their agents and employees, and shall provide proof of such coverage... 8) Contractor is responsible for protection of glass, other sidewalks, pavement, and roof near the construction area.
