Specifications include, but are not limited to: For personnel and vehicles / equipment to perform Road & Park / Preserve Maintenance Services for the Township. Such work will include general road maintenance and repair services (including but not limited to road and pothole patching, shoulder repairs, downed tree removal, storm water drainage maintenance, sign installation and repair, maintenance services at the Township Park & Preserves and / or Municipal Building), and any other projects as deemed appropriate by the Township staff and the Board of Supervisors. Such work at the Township Park & Preserves will include, but is not limited to the following: maintenance and repair of - park buildings / structures, various athletic courts and fields as well as, a playground. Maintenance and repairs will be required on pedestrian (natural and asphalt) trails at the Township Park & Preserves this work will involve (but is not limited to) mowing / cutting / clearing and grubbing of trails and cutting back of limbs, trees, vines, wild rose bushes, etc..
