The City of Easton is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms for design services to improve multiple intersections along 13th Street between Butler and Spring Garden Streets, in addition to the Northampton and 6th Street intersection. This project is funded through the Carbon Reduction Program (CRP) and administered by PennDOT. The scope includes curb bump-outs, ADA ramp upgrades, crosswalk striping, and signal timing adjustments. All design work must comply with PennDOT Pub 740 and be submitted through PennDOT’s ECMS system. The selected consultant will be responsible for: -Utility coordination -Highway, drainage, and pavement design -ADA curb ramp and signage/marking plans -Maintenance and protection of traffic -Surveying and PS&E package assembly -Coordination and resubmissions to PennDOT as needed
