The School Board of Palm Beach County, Florida invites qualified Architects, licensed in the State of Florida, pursuant to SREF Chapter 4.1 prior to the Proposal Due Date, to submit a Proposal for: CONSULTANTS ON CONTINUING CONTRACT FOR DISTRICT MASTER PLANNING SERVICES. The School Board of Palm Beach County is requesting proposals from architectural or planning firms with demonstrated qualifications and experience to provide planning services for space utilization studies and comprehensive master planning for schools and ancillary sites. Services will include utilization and capacity assessments for schools and administrative facilities, as needed. Firms will evaluate the educational adequacy of instructional and support spaces, identify underutilized and overutilized areas, and provide recommendations for adjustments based on the educational program and student capacity.
