Description

The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to secure pricing and establish a Term Contract for HVAC Preventive Maintenance and Minor Repairs, as specified herein.
This excludes all cooling towers, water- or air-cooled chillers.
Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to facilitate all Preventive Maintenance and Minor Repairs as contained herein. Various equipment covered under this bid are:
Air Handler Units, Rooftop Units, Package Units, DX units, Vertical Wall-mount and Free-standing Units, Exhaust/Supply Fans, All services shall include all necessary labor charges, tools, fuel, equipment and materials delivered and installed in accordance with N.F.P.A, local and State regulations, ASHRE, OSHA and District Master Specifications.
