Description

The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to establish labor rates, cost plus percentage rates for Balance of Line items, including parts, for HVAC Mechanical Contractor Services for systems over 50-tons which includes Preventive Maintenance, Repairs, and Installations. All contractors, which meet or exceed the criteria established in the Invitation to Bid, shall be placed in a pool of pre-qualified vendors (hereafter referred to as contractor) that will be asked to provide quotes as specified herein.
