Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Contractor shall consult with ODF Project Team to understand the analytical questions to be addressed. • Working with ODF, Contractor shall select and convene a panel of qualified scientists to analyze the scientific support for proposed strategies and measurable outcomes as a means to achieve stated goals and measure effectiveness of those strategies. Based on the contemporary literature, Contractor will consider potential positive and negative environmental, economic, and social aspects of the proposed forest management approach as well as the likelihood of success of the proposed approach with respect to its stated goals. Results of panel analyses will inform ODF and Board of Forestry policy decisions. Contractor shall include potential costs for honoraria, etc. in the project price proposal. • Contractor shall maintain strong communication ties with the ODF Project Team to ensure understanding of stakeholder expectations of forest management alternatives.
