The City of Bend requests proposals for providing ongoing consulting services in matters pertaining to its water rights. Anticipated services include, but are not limited to, negotiating and securing water rights, water transfers and/or mitigation credits under the Deschutes Basin Mitigation Program, supporting implementation and updates for the City’s Water Management and Conservation Plan, assistance in working with related regulatory agencies and support to engineering, as well as scientific, legal and regulatory analysis. The awarded contract will be for one year with an option to extend for up to four additional years. There is no guaranteed amount of work under the Agreement.
