Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall provide and keep current the required information outlined in Exhibit A; Vendor shall cooperate in every manner to maintain professional National Automatic merchandising Association (NAMA) standards of performance and shall assist VFM in maintaining excellent client/customer relations; Vendor and VFM agree that equipment changes may be required by the Client and/or VFM from time to time. Vendor shall make every effort to accommodate the requests in a professional, timely manner, consistent with the highest vending industry standards; Vendor shall pay monthly location commissions as shown in exhibit A directly to VFM and shall include machine meter readings and the calculation of commissions. Vendor will copy BEP on these commission reports Vendor shall provide quarterly, location product sales mix reports
