Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The service shall be provided as two separate and non-dependent services as it relates to the initiation of data transfer for state and local purposes. 2. The service shall be initiated within 30 days after the Department requests the first data transfer of state and local short-term rental data. 3. The Contractor shall provide access to, no less than, one key contact during acceptable business hours. 4. The Department and the Contractor will proactively work on preparing and testing any interface or data transfer protocols prior to the initiation of data transfer. 5. The Department can, at any time, request that specific transient lodging intermediaries be included in the data. 6. The Department shall be provided with no-less-than five licenses or logons for any web-based services. 7. The Contractor must be capable of accurately representing the entire state and the 10 regions as provided by the Department. 8. The Contractor will provide monthly delivered reports with statistics on the short-term rental activity in the entire state of Oregon and the underlying regions. 9. The Contractor will provide real-time web-based listing of active short-term rentals in the state of Oregon and the underlying regions. 10. The Contractor will provide ongoing reporting on changes to active short-term rentals listings in the state with modeling and/or trending for the state and underlying regions.
