Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Create a vision for the NCPRD Trails System including diverse public input; • Collaborate with the public and stakeholders to evaluate and make recommended updates to the current trail system projects and priorities; and • Update and/or create maps, polices, protocols, guidelines, and other documents that help NCPRD strategically plan, develop, and manage the trail system ; Task 1.1 Project Management The consultant’s project manager will communicate regularly with the NCPRD project manager, manage work tasks listed below, coordinate with NCPRD staff to develop the NCPRD Trail Master Plan document, and provide deliverables within budget and on schedule. The consultant will provide a project summary sheet with monthly project invoices. These summary sheets will include status of current and completed project tasks, activities planned for the next 30 days, a project action checklist, remaining task and overall project budget status (percentage of work complete, percentage spent, and remaining task amounts). ; Task 1.2 Project Team Coordination Meetings The consultant will attend and assist NCPRD with leading project team meetings. NCPRD will coordinate these meetings. NCPRD understands that given the short time frame of the project, efficient coordination will be required, and anticipates monthly meetings during the project. Task 1 Deliverables • 1.1 Monthly project status summary and invoicing. • 1.2 Team meeting summary notes, describing meeting outcomes and action items with responsibilities assigned and timelines for deliverables.
