Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide healthcare services that may include, but are not limited to, health screening, athletics physicals, infection control, wound care, sprains & strains, rashes, skin inflammations, cold & flu, insect bites, allergies, diarrhea, pediatric concerns, and other health related issues. 3.1.2 Assist the District in the creation and implantation of protocols and format(s) to disseminate this information to the school board, District staff and the general public. 3.1.3 Create and maintain confidential patient files as required by statute that may be transmitted to primary care physicians and medical specialists. 3.1.4 Handle all documentation and billing required of insurance carriers, state and federal agencies, and other third-party payees for payment of services. All cash received for payments must be deposited daily by service provider. 3.1.5 Provider shall be solely responsible for all scheduling, cancellations, and communication with patients and responsible third parties.
