Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work with the Executive Assistants of the institutional leadership to schedule quarterly meetings of Consortium work groups including but not limited to: Presidents, Provosts, Enrollment Management, and Finance. oDevelop agenda for these meetings through advance consultation with the meeting participants. oProvide to the Executive Assistants an official record of minutes from these meetings:Meeting minutes must be available within one meeting date.Report quarterly to the Presidents of each SOHEC campus on emerging areas of collaboration and identify areas of collaboration not yet explored.Report should be provided in a written format with a summary along with an oral report to the Presidents at quarterly meetings.The meeting may be by Skype/Zoom or phone rather than in-person, as determined by the Presidents’ availability.Schedule, facilitate, and provide minutes for up to three (3) meetings per year between Consortium leadership and industry sectors.
