Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this potential Contract(s)s is for the Contractor(s) to provide the Agency with Get There carpool matching network administration and outreach and Transportation Options support services for all of ODOT’s geographic service areas of Regions 4 and 5. The goal of this program is to reduce Vehicles Miles Traveled (“VMT”) and Single Occupant Vehicles (“SOV”) use in central and eastern Oregon. Contractor(s) shall provide education and outreach through employer work sites on telecommuting, flex schedules, carpools, vanpools, public transit and bike/walk trips. Contractor shall manage the Get There database and digital outreach within the service areas of Regions 4 and 5. Contractor(s) shall provide Transportation Options (“TO”) and Transportation Demand Management (“TDM”) information to businesses within Agency’s Regions 4 and 5 communities via a website maintained by the Contractor(s). The goal is for businesses and individuals to reduce single occupancy automobile trips, typically by replacing travel with other modes of transportation.
