Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Development, maintenance and implementation of all administrative programs and plans outlined in state and federal transit funding requirements including but not limited to a Title VI Program, Transit Asset Management Plan, Public Transportation Safety Action Plan, Coordinated Human Services and Transportation Plan •Administration and finance staff versed in state and federal transit grant requirements and proficient in required reporting tools including but not limited to the Oregon Public Transit Information System for grant management and the National Transit Database •Attendance at required ODOT RPTD trainings as directed by Agency •Development and maintenance of a website outlining the service provided under this contract. Website shall provide service notifications, information about required policies and programs, information about filing public comments or complaints, and other information as directed by Agency. •A call center and dispatch services to coordinate Dial-A-Ride services •Ticket fare product which may include electronic fares.
