Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Portland is developing a new first response option: Portland Street Response (PSR) and has asked the community to design the logo and van through a contest. We are looking for a graphic designer to use the top 3 winners’ ideas and designs which will be the primary influence for a final logo and brand guide for Portland Street Response. The final products will be included on print and digital collateral, including but not limited to: t-shirts, flyers, automobile decals, etc. About Portland Street Response: The goal of the Portland Street Response is to provide a new branch of first responders who are trained in behavioral health related crisis intervention and first aid that can respond to 911 requests related to a behavioral health crisis or people experiencing houselessness that do not require police, fire, or ambulatory services. Professional services required are likely to include: A branding guide and design creation in one or more digital formats to be used in branding for items such as uniforms, vehicle decals, hats, brochures, business cards, etc. The successful Proposer shall perform the tasks listed below for this project, and shall be expected to work closely with designated City personnel to accomplish these goals: Review winning design submissions and ideas Meeting to discuss vision for final design and branding Create draft and final program logo and branding file(s) for City use
