Description

Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.11.1 Catch weight cases WILL be allowed, unless otherwise indicated in this ITB 4.11.2 All Poultry Good(s) must be processed, handled, packaged, and labeled in accordance with the Wholesome Poultry Products Act and its regulations. 4.11.3 Good(s) may be non-seconds or seconds. 4.11.3.1 If Bidder is bidding non-seconds, MUST be 18-22 slices per pound with slice length to be 7 to 9 inch strips and width no less than 0.75 inch 4.11.3.2 If Bidder is bidding seconds, target sizing is 18 to 22 slices per pound and MUST NOT contain ends and pieces 4.11.4 Total sodium content not to exceed 2.5% per serving size (serving size is based on two (2) strips of bacon)
