Project consists of the demolition of an existing guard shack and the installation of a new foundation for new pre-fab unit. 1. Stamped engineering drawings of new unit to be read in conjunction with this scope. 2. All labor and materials associated with work shall be included. 3. It shall be the responsibility of the bidder to include and coordinate all the disciplines for a site review prior to submitting bids. 4. Contractor to demolish and remove existing guard shack (as built-drawings included). 5. Contractor to demolish existing foundation/slab. 6. Contractor to construct slab or foundation to support new pre-fab unit. (Unit has already been purchased with another contract due to lead time of unit). Unit will be delivered mid may and placed on foundation. a. Slab or foundation to match existing unit’s height. To include access via stairs to unit. 7. Construction must be complete by May 21, 2025. 8. All debris shall be removed by contractor at contractors expense. 9. Daily clean up of area is crucial due to proximity of flightline, contractor must be aware of FOD and pickup immediately. 10. High security area will require government escort at all times, at government expense. 11. No work on NDO’s, holidays or weekends. Work must be consecutive.
