Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of services consists of Owner’s Representative services to coordinate the provision of a new Salem Shops Complex Administration Building. The Owner’s Representative firm will work closely with Public Works project managers during design and construction of an approximately 30,000 square foot building with associated site improvements located at the City Shops Complex. Services provided by the Owner’s Representative will include recommending the most appropriate contracting method, review of plans and specifications throughout the design process, bidding assistance, construction management, budget and schedule tracking, assistance with project closeout, and contract administration. Design is expected to begin in the Fall of 2020 and occupancy of the new facility is planned to occur by the Spring of 2023.
