Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vertiba Contract is expected to include the following extended O&M support elements through the remaining term of this Special Procurement. Incident Management: Analysis of service tickets for data fix and process issues as well as the resolution of issues leading to System changes that need to be incorporated into a Release. Triage/Request Management: Conducting meetings to discuss outstanding issues and work requests with Agency staff Deployments / Release Management: Collaborating with Agency Staff on release scheduling. Testing and promotion of Releases to the Production Environment. Single Sign On (SSO) Support: Troubleshooting and resolving all SSO issues on Salesforce. Refinements: Minor changes to the way in which a requirement is implemented in the System Salesforce Upgrade Readiness: Consultation, development and implementation of CAM System updates/upgrades that are required due to changes to the Salesforce platform. Environment Management: Ongoing maintenance of System environments. Document Updates: Complete periodic updates to System documentation associated with Maintenance, Operations and ongoing CAM System design and development support services.
