Specifications include, but are not limited to: A contractor who can provide an Online Compliance Training Program that meets the following requirements: 1. An accessible, easily navigable, online learning system which provides prevention education on topics mandated by state and federal law. 2. Courses should include, but are not limited to: a. Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention; b. Title IX; c. Clery Act; d. Diversity, Inclusion and Equity; e. Bias; f. Sexual Assault Prevention. 3. Courses must be geared towards a variety of learners, as the institution is required to provide training to students (including adult learners, graduate students, and club and student athletes), faculty, and staff. 4. Real-time data analytics should be included as a means to track participation by person, department or by other means selected. 5. Modules should be customizable and integrate SOU-specific policies and resources, as well as Oregon state law.
