Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Perform property appraisals and/or appraisal review for whole or partial acquisitions. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable Federal and State law, County code and acquisition policies and procedures, and performed on the basis of standards set out by the most current versions of “Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions”, the “Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice” and the Oregon Department of Transportation “Right of Way Manual”. Appraisals will be completed and provided to the County in accordance with the schedule agreed to in the Task Order. A digital copy of the appraisal and an agreed upon number of hard copies will be required. b. Appraisal Review, if requested, will generally be expected to be provided to the County within 2 weeks of County issuance of the Task Order, or as otherwise agreed to by the County and the Consultant. Digital copies of the Review are required. c. Right of Way programming estimates for State and Federal funding requests and/or for right-of-way budget scoping for locally funded projects.
