Specifications include, but are not limited to: The ODF Central Coast Relocation Project will occur in two parts: Part 1 “Pre-acquisition Programming and Site Selection Support Services,” and Part 2 “Design Process, Bid & Construction Administration and Warranty Services.” During Part 1, Consultant will provide programming services and assistance to the Owner in its selection of a suitable site for the Project. In the event that Owner does not acquire a property for which Consultant has provided Part 1 services and Owner chooses to select a another parcel to acquire, the Owner may request subsequent Supplemental Services under which Consultant will perform the same or a similar set of Services for that property. Part 2 will not commence until Owner authorization following its successful acquisition of a suitable parcel of land. Part 2 will include design, construction administration, and warranty services. The bid process will be administered and then construction administration work will be performed through completion of the new Central Coast Forestry Station Unit, concluding the Project at the end of warranty services period. Agency’s estimated construction budget for the facility is $2.8 million dollars.
