The architectural design, engineering services, consultation, and construction management services shall be provided in three (3) phases of the Project: #1-Proposed Improvements; #2-Construction Bid assistance; #3-Construction Management Services. These Services may include, but not limited to the following activities: 1. Provide budget estimates for the cost to construct new locker room facilities for the Peck Gym; 2. Provide construction documents, bid support, and construction management services throughout the construction process; 3. Design and Engineering aesthetics and compatibilities with existing OSD Home structure; 4. Provide viable options for water, electrical and Emergency Power and HVAC System incorporation; 5. Building and Existing Codes, federal ADA requirements, OSHA safety standards compliance; 6. Coordination and compliance with any Capital Planning Commission or local government requirements; 7. Budget pricing and options to recommend work.
