Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposer will provide the following goods/services: 2.1. Assist in the development of a music marketing plan. 2.2. Provide strategy and consulting services as follows: • Contractor will provide strategy and implementation advice as-needed concerning areas of messaging, positioning, press/media, communications, and marketing. • Contractor will engage in unlimited phone calls throughout the year. 2.3. Press/Media Relations: • Contractor will identify relevant/compelling angles. • Contractor will write news/press releases. • Contractor will pitch key journalists for articles to be published/posted in local, regional, and national/international press. • Contractor will coordinate interviews. • Contractor will assist in building OBF’s press list/database. 2.4. Social Media Management: • Contractor will post timely images, videos, and copy that resonate with your following. • Contractor will integrate tactics to increase the overall following and engagement levels. • Contractor will provide analytics reporting. 2.5. Email Marketing: • Contractor will provide copywriting. • Contractor will provide graphic design. • Contractor will provide formatting. • Contractor will provide analytics reporting.
