Specifications include, but are not limited to: C. Physical RequirementsADCs must have configurable, customizable drawers, color touch screen, barcode scanner, and biometric identification. Units must be able to communicate with each other 1. One (1) ADC must be full-sized, able to store least 200 different types of medications in configurable drawers. Reference Medbank Main 500 or equal. 2. One (1) ADC must be full-sized, able to store least 200 different types of medications in configurable drawers and must have a connected auxiliary, double-column supply cabinet Reference MedFlex 1000 Main and SupplyBank 2000 Aux, or equal. a. Initially, fifty percent (50%) of the ADC should be able to safely/lawfully store controlled medications in a lockable container that meets the requirements of the State of Oregon Board of Pharmacy and the DEA. b. The remainder should be able to store non-controlled medications as deemed necessary by ESFD c. Have the capability to easily be changed to storing controlled medications as requirements of the department change. 3. ADC should have the capability to lawfully dispense and/or track refrigerated controlled substances. 4. ADCs must have configurable, customizable drawers, color touch screen, and biometric identification. D. Maintenance / Warranty ADC shall be maintained by the proposer throughout the lease period including, but not limited to, software updates, hardware updates, repairs, etc. E. Software 1. Software must be compatible with existing information technology systems (i.e., Windows Internet Explorer 11 or higher). 2. Software must be HIPAA compliant. 3. ADC software must be maintained and updated throughout the lease term to maintain compatibility with ADC machine. 4. Contractor shall maintain software support line that can be contacted 24/7, 365 days a year. Software support shall be able to log into the ADC system for resolving any open issues. 5. All Support access shall be tracked to include: a. Software support person logging into system b. Dates and times of support access. 6. Contractor shall have a technician available for on-site assistance, when needed, within a reasonable amount of time.
