Specifications include, but are not limited to: A minimum of one site visit to the Learning Resources Center on the Klamath Falls campus; A minimum of three meetings (virtual or in-person) with LRC staff to review initial project scope and schedule, provide feedback on direction, and review final deliverables; Layout drawings of both floors of the Learning Resources Center building with recommended reconfigurations and space uses; A minimum of three renderings of potential spaces; Rough cost estimate for needed improvements; Additional information about a possible building systems assessment; and Documents shall be submitted in the following hard copy and electronic formats. Electronic files shall be submitted on a jump drive, and emailed to the Oregon Tech Project Manager.
