Specifications include, but are not limited to: i. Pick-up trash from Centralized Locations, Common Areas and outside entryways. ii. Clean waste containers and replace plastic liners as needed. iii. Vacuum Traffic Areas and Spot Clean stains as needed, iv. Clean table surfaces, keyboards, telephones, and monitors in the customer lobby area. v. Clean all entryway glass, door pulls, frames, and window sills. vi. Clean inside entrance way floors, doormats, and remove debris. vii. Clean outside entrance ways and remove litter, garbage, cobwebs, and debris. Empty cigarette urns and replace sand as needed. viii. Clean lunchrooms including fixtures, counter, sinks, tables and cupboard doors. ix Spot clean appliances. Arrange tables and chairs in appropriate order. x. Clean and sanitize restrooms; fixtures, toilets, toilet seats, urinals, sinks, counters, mirrors, door handles and handrails. Spot clean partitions. Clean floors with neutral disinfectant solution. Change urinal blocks as needed. xi. Restock all restroom dispensers.
