Specifications include, but are not limited to: Internal Review –includes, but is not limited to: • Review all current policies, processes and procedures related to Employee Services o Conduct a compliance review comparing internal policies, processes and procedures to personnel rules, laws and industry best practices. o Recommend new and changes to existing policies, processes and procedures. o Recommend strategies for implementing changes. o Specific items for review should include but not be limited to: a review of hiring practices to ensure the Legislature is using best standards to prevent bias in hiring decisions. Policies, processes, procedures, and staff skill sets necessary to manage workplace complaints.
