Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Vendor will install, configure, test and deploy the proposed application.•Vendor will lead a discovery effort with DEQ to understand requirements and needs to setup and install their proposed application for the three (3) programs listed in Section 2.3.•Vendor will assist DEQ in developing a User Acceptance Test (UAT) plan to ensure theproposed application is ready for production deployment the three (3) programs listed in Section 2.3.•Vendor will provide system administration, grant program administration and general user training to designated DEQ personnel.•Vendor will provide a support and maintenance plan to DEQ where hours of support,support levels, support service level agreement (SLA) and costs are clearly defined.Software maintenance, planned release cycles and costs shall be clearly defined.
