Specifications include, but are not limited to: a.Sub-contract withISII for 10 days of face-to-face trainings for staff members whose primary employment duties are direct client behavioral healthservices. (1)Sequence of training sessions, recruitment of parents, and startof GenPMTO sessions will beaccomplished accordingto the schedule specified by the ISII Director ofImplementation and Training to ensure the full benefit of trainingsand adherence to the model.(2)Training sessions mustbegin by October 5, 2020.(3)GenPMTO Services mustbegin by October 16, 2020(further outlined in Attachment 2 Certification Requirements).(4)Clinicians mustbe provided adequate time to prepare and debrief cases andreview feedback by ISII coaches on a regular basis to support upcoming sessions.(5)Trainings willconsist of one 4-day workshop, two 3-dayworkshops, and24consultation sessions via teleconferencing technology or live for 1-hour, twice a month, for 12 months.(6)Recipient mustbe willing toprovide clinicians attending workshops with adequate support and coverageof their caseload and related duties to minimizedistractions (e.g., texting, email, phone calls, etc.) during training activities.b.Purchase and provide all equipment necessary to record and upload practice and live sessionsofGenPMTO skills by the first week of GenPMTO training,and for on-going certification documentation.(See Attachment 1-Minimum Required Equipment List)c.Purchase and distribute to trainees, all training manuals, clinician notebooks, and parent manualsrequired by GenPMTO training protocols.d.Purchase and make readilyavailable,Eyberg Child Behavior Inventory (ECBI) assessmentand the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ)tools in quantities needed to gather dataat the start of treatment, mid-treatment, and at theend of treatment or when family leaves GenPMTOservices.e.Provide appropriate teleconferencing equipment, maintenance of equipment, and advice as needed or as requested to each site regarding set up, internet requirements, and how to makeuse of the teleconferencing equipment to facilitate on-going consultationsessions for 12 or more months.
