Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contract includes removal of the existing fuel dispensing system and replacement with new as specified below. The Contractor must furnish all labor, tools, equipment and services for removal and replacement of the existing fuel dispensing system as indicated; to the highest industry standard; and in accordance with the provisions of the contract documents. Deliverables 1. Remove and dispose of existing fuel dispenser and related equipment (e.g. hose, reel, meter). 2. Provide, install, and securely fasten a new fuel dispenser with hose/nozzle, meter, dispenser containment pan, EMV card reader, point of sale processing equipment, and related safety items. * 3. Test, purge, calibrate and make new system ready to use. Includes coordinating with the Oregon Department of Agriculture, Weights and Measures Office, to ensure approval and compliance. Contractor shall file the “Placed in Service Report” with said Weights and Measures Office and provide Owner a copy. 4. Any necessary permits and inspections shall be the responsibility of the Owner. ** 5. Training of Owner staff to cover maintenance of those items normally maintained by general maintenance staff and to include daily operational procedures of both the dispensing equipment and point of sale processing equipment. 6. All related warranty paperwork will be provided to Owner. Notes: * Installation of WiFi and any needed electrical changes will be completed by Owner. Advance coordination between Owner and Contractor will be required. ** Malheur County and Oregon Office of State Fire Marshall indicated to Owner that no permits or inspections are required since the tank is not being replaced or altered. Specifications General: 1. Final installation shall comply with the 2019 Oregon Fire Code, Chapter 23, pertaining to Motor Fuel-Dispensing Facilities. 2. Salvage value for old equipment, if applicable, to be shown as a credit toward final total. 3. Existing shed will be removed and retained by Owner. 4. Parts and Labor warranty shall be for one-year period. 5. Freight to site to be included. 6. Contractor is responsible for maintaining the work zone and keeping the site clear of unnecessary debris and waste material. 7. Work hours will generally be 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Mountain Time, unless written notification/authorization is provided in advance by Owner. Dispenser: 1. Shall be able to communicate via WiFi for payment transactions. 2. Shall be single product, single hose, EMV compliant, remote unit for use with submersible pump. 3. Shall be manufactured by Wayne Fueling Systems, or approved equal, and equipped with all safety and other required appurtenances. 4. Dispensing system with all accessories, filters and required hardware shall produce a minimum of 9-11 GPM (gallons per minute) discharge at the nozzle.
