Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor’s pilot must be FAA Part 135 certified and must hold a current Office of Aircraft Services or the U.S. Forest Service card for flight operations related to this Contract. See also section 8 of this Exhibit A, Statement of Work. Upon award of this contract ODF will submit Contractor information to USFS/BLM Region 6 and ask for a Cooperator Letter of Approval identifying pilots approved to conduct the missions on federal land as speci fied in the ITB. The Agency reserves the right to inspect the Contractor’s Pilot records and log books for Contract compliance any time during the Contract term. Contractor sh all provide a 4 Place Hi-Wing Cessna Series 180, 182, 185, or 206 or equivalent aircraft with a minimum of 230 horsepower, certified in the normal or utility category. This airplane sh all be equipped as required by 14 CFR FAR Part 91.203 and 91.205. The airplane provided for flight operations related to this Contract shall hold a current Office of Aircraft Service s or U. S. Forest Service qualification card. Upon award of this contract ODF will submit Contractor information to USFS/BLM Region 6 and ask for a Cooperator Letter of Approval identifying approved aircraft to conduct missions on federal land as specified in the ITB Contractor shall ensure aircraft is equipped with instruments that are in operable condition and approved for use with each aircraft make and model, including but not limited to: one VOR, two Aeronautica l VHF-AM Radios and one P25 digital radio. Each aircraft must be provided with a rescue beacon (ELT) which has been approved by the Federal Government.
