Specifications include, but are not limited to: Salem Area Mass Transit District (SAMTD) is soliciting General Finance and Technology Consultant services for an ERP / HRM solutions migration project that has already begun. The solution being implemented is Tyler-Munis. It is the intent of SAMTD to award a resultant contract to one (1) successful proposer. We do not intend to split the services herein or make an award to multiple contractors. The scope of services shall include, but are not limited to, the following: The successful Contractor and SAMTD will establish an initial statement of work prior to contract execution and authorization of any activities under the resultant contract. However, SAMTD may request the Contractor to provide services beyond those itemized in the statement of work but within the scope of the contract. Compensation for such additional services shall be in accordance with the compensation (derived from Contractor’s proposal) and terms of the resultant contract and any subsequent amendments that will constitute the entire contract between the SAMTD and the Contractor.
