The County is looking for a comprehensive service that can support credit monitoring for individuals for a year or more at a time. Specific services desired by the County include the following elements: • Credit Monitoring: Daily credit alerts for any changes to customer's credit and financial records and alerts for potential fraudulent activities such as payday loans, new accounts opened, funds transfers, etc. • Alert Types: New credit inquiries, newly opened accounts, changes to public records, delinquencies, dormant account activity. • Alert Method: (phone, email, or mobile text) Victims may specify which method is preferred. • Credit Bureau Reports upon enrollment: Equifax, Experian,TransUnion, other bureaus
