The purpose of this RFQ is hire a qualified Contractor to furnish and install four (4) York compressors, York model no. ZP182KCE-TE5-426 in the Oregon Tech Housing and Residence Life –Yellow Village Building at the Oregon Tech Klamath Falls, OR Campus. Contractor will also be responsible for removal and disposal of the existing four (4) York compressors. Contractor will be expected to provide the following services: • Remove and dispose of refrigerant and oil from existing four (4) compressors. • Remove existing four (4) compressors. • Remove existing filter dryers. • Provide and install four (4) new compressors and filter dryers. • Provide and install new refrigerant and oil in four (4) new compressors. • Run and test operation of new compressors. • Provide manlift for the project. • Use 410A refrigerant. • 208-230 3ph
