Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Work with Siletz Tribal Council and designated staff to examine, evaluate, and improve the compensation philosophy, practices, and programs. a. The Siletz Tribal Council has opted to follow Multnomah County’s minimum wage standards. As such, any proposed changes must be in compliance with those standards. b. The current practices are not equitable in some industries, which leaves CTSI unable to be competitive in those industries, and leads to a loss in longevity. c. There are several entities, as outlined in the introduction; there needs to be parity in each of the entities, as well as, parity in location and industry that will lead to competitive and cost effective compensation practices and programs. d. Analyze existing compensation, identify recommendations for review, and propose implementation methods to address issues/concerns.
