These will serve as a guideline for the design team to develop a project that allows for the construction and renovation required by this project to take place while Gilham continues to operate with as few inconveniences to operations as possible. b) Participation as part of the project team, help in achieving the District’s masterplan and program through schematic design, design development and development of construction documents. Maintain a focus to maximize constructability and minimize construction impacts to the ongoing operation of the school.
