Lane Community College (“LCC”) is seeking a contractor to provide logistics coordination and construct the building modifications for the relocation of LCC’s Public Safety office currently located in Building 12 to Building 15. In addition, the contractor team should construct the remediation addressed by deferred maintenance issues with the elevated platform that is adjacent to Building 15. As part of the Project, the contractor team needs to be prepared to work closely and in collaboration with several other AE firms that are directly linked to this scope, namely the site civil access and parking lot work associated with Building 15 designed by KPFF Civil Engineers, the demolition of adjacent Building 12 designed by Henneberry Eddy Architects, and the Woofter Bolch Architects team selected to design the Building 15 Public Safety Relocation and Elevated Platform Remediation work. Adjacent and separate from this CM/GC is the work that will be constructed of the Major Maintenance work on Building 16, designed by Rowell Brokaw Architects that Fortis Construction is constructing. The selected contractor must be able to work with the adjacent Building 16 project team.
