Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Site Search/Survey and Analysis of Market Conditions: Perform site search/survey and analysis of market availability for the lease and/or purchase of real property (land and/or improved land including buildings). b) Valuations, Financial and Project Feasibility Analysis: Perform valuations analysis and develop reports which support the City’s decision making process regarding the purchase, license, lease, acquisition, sale and/or development of real property. c) Site Acquisition: Perform site acquisition of land and/or improvements via purchase, lease, license, sale-leaseback, build-lease, and/or option to purchase. d) Sale or Disposition of Property: Perform the marketing and sale of real property. e) Leasing Services: Conduct and manage lease negotiations to successful execution and conclusion.
