Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Meeting with DOJ staff, DOJ partners, and Project stakeholders to evaluate, understand,document, and communicate end users’ requirements.•Meeting with the Project Manager and Project Team members to plan and evaluateprogress and Project communications.•Documenting “as is” and new business processes with process flow diagrams, businesslogic, business rules, outcomes or other flow representations.•Ensuring requirements consider the needs of all departments and accommodate bothstandard and unique processes.•Identifying gaps between current business processes and the functionality of proposedsoftware solution(s), using this knowledge to ensure the solutions are workflow drivenand able to adapt to workflow changes.•Performing alternatives analysis.•Providing justification for all recommended options.
