Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove existing bicycle enclosure (chain link type) in entirety. Remove existing wall mounted bicycle racks, salvage to Owner for reuse, and coordinate whether any of the existing mounts can stay in place considering the new rack plan. Some of the wall mounted racks will be repurposed for use where feasible within the new bicycle enclosure. Remove existing bicycle pump and repair station. Remove existing steel man gate at Lloyd Street garage level entrance. Secure the opening to prevent unauthorized access when the gate is not in place. Recycle the metal components removed. Perform a pre-removal Site Walk-through with Owner to confirm removal items before actual removal occurs. Recycle all waste that can be recycled per the DAS sustainability goal. All waste shall be logged and reported. At project completion, complete and return Exhibit A – Waste Material Log to Owner.
