Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Replace aging and non-accessible west side bowl seating. 2. Structural analysis suggests new construction to be more cost effective to structural retrofit. 3. Improved fan experience for all stadium attendees, including continuous main concourse circulation. 4. Improve and increase concessions and restroom facilities. 5. Repurpose underutilized east side club seating, while creating more loge boxes to meet fan expectations. 6. Addition of new premium spaces and founder’s suites. 7. Reduction in seating capacity. 8. New press box. 9. Visitor’s locker room. 10. Improved scoreboard. 11. Programmed space for a potential public private partnership with year round usage.
